Mini Bicycle Pop-Up Card

Sometimes mistakes can be happy.  That is the case with this little thank you note.  For a full explanation, you will have to see the video, but this was a happy little mistake.  I think it is adorable. Like the one in a previous post, this little pop-up card was cut from the Seaside paper pack from Close to my Heart.  The difference is that this little cutie is about the size of an ATC card.  Though this card may look a little complicated, it is actually quite simple with Artfully Sent. The outside is finished with a simple knot using Coral crinkle ribbon from 3 Girl JAM.  All in all, I think I liked the mini better than the large one. Thanks for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things.

Artfully Sent Bicycle Pop-Up Card

Surprised to see a new project so soon?  I really hope that I am back.  Though still limited in time, I'm hoping that things are getting better.  So let's jump into the project and have some fun.  Today's video is a tutorial so it is a bit long. Every cute project should start with great supplies.  So here is what I used: 3 Girl JAM Aqua Splash crinkle ribbon Close to my Heart Artfully Sent and Art Philosophy Cricut cartridges Close to my Heart Seaside paper packet Close to my Heart Coral Reef sequins Lime Ice Stickles Close to my Heart Colonial White cardstock Close to my Heart " Finding the Words - Occasions " stamp set Close to my Heart Glacier and Black Exclusives ink A little bit of Stickles can really make a simple shape pop! Since this was a 5X7 card, I wanted to make an envelope to match. The video below will walk you through the steps for making this pretty little card.  Thanks so much for stopping by today.  R

Sparkly Birthday Card

Sometimes you just need a little sparkle and a birthday can be one of those times.  That's why I chose to use a little to glitz up this card for a special young man who will be turning 89 this week. Of course, Close To My Heart helped me a bit.  I used the following supplies.  You can click on the names of most of them to get your own. Confetti Wishes Paper Pack Artfully Sent Cricut Cartridge Bright yellow Stickles How about a video? Thanks so much for stopping by today.  Remember to take some time to enjoy the little things!
