Planner Quick Tip - Bullet Journaling

So I needed to add something to my planner line-up for tasks that weren't getting done.  After a lot of research, I decided to come up with my own form of Bullet Journaling.  Now this is not done like the original Bullet Journaling, but is my own take on it.  Here are some quick snap shots.
